Something that has always struck me is the way in which we, humans, are both a part of God’s good creation and at the same time created in God’s very own image. The wonder, mystery, and beauty of this situation daily astounds me.

We are grateful to the community of people who have encouraged us in our work here. Our cup has overflowed with blessings from the forest, prairie, garden, orchard, ponds, wildlife, valley, and natural surroundings. Our prayers and thoughts will continue for this place though we go.

My family and I are returning to Winnipeg, Manitoba. Joshua is beginning his Masters of Divinity. I will resume work in November, working with the A Rocha Just Growing community outreach project.
