So we can do something?

After doing pond discovery and explaining about native and invasive species, the Grade 1 group (8 pairs of earnest eyes looking at me) asked “So we can do something to help the environment/God’s creation?” My heart LEAPT and I answered enthusiastically “YES!!! Even at your age, you can take care of what God has given us to enjoy! We are stewards of His Creation!” I LUV my work with the kids!!!
