Our Farm to Families program is making an impact! We have had some wonderful visits from Umoja Operation Compassion Society and Oak Avenue Neighbourhood Society participants this summer. Many of the families are newcomers to Canada, and they are thrilled to be on the farm, share a meal together, and learn about their new environment! We are receiving more and more requests from other interested non-profits that want to bring groups to the Brooksdale Centre.

While we are excited and honoured to have this opportunity to share the gift of Brooksdale with more vulnerable families, we recognize that some of these opportunities also stretch us beyond our available funding. We can only provide quality programming with wider community support!
