A Rocha Pembina Valley Interpretive Centre is nestled amongst some stunning scenery. The valley is over two kilometres wide and 100 metres deep and is filled with native grasses, aspen and oak as well as many rare plant species.
The valley is accessed via a winding network of the Centre’s trails that allow visitors get up and close and personal with creation. To better appreciate the sweeping vistas of the Valley, A Rocha’s Interpretive Centre is building four lookout platforms this summer. We are grateful to Access Credit Union for their gift to sponsor the first of them and to Decor Cabinets for sponsoring the second.
The new platforms will enable more opportunities for learning and provide access to wonder-inducing views. They will supplement the Centre’s hiking trails which are open every weekend with guided hikes on the weekends from July through mid-October.
