Urban Vermi-composting and Hands-on Garden Application

In this workshop, Ed will talk about making compost at home, even in an apartment. Using worms that decompose organic food waste, vermi-composting can help you recycle your own food waste into life giving soil. We will also spend time out in our field adding this soil amendment to the roots of one of our crops.
