Hawks, eagles, owls and other birds of prey are the subject of La Rivière’s community festival. This day is an excellent opportunity to learn about these birds, called raptors, and to see them up-close. The event also features a photography contest, which you can find the rules and entry form here. Also, you will be able to learn about different organizations doing conservation work in the area.

A Rocha Pembina Valley Interpretive Centre will be running the children’s craft table, so be sure to drop by and say hello.
