A Rocha’s first large public event at our new Centre in Surrey, BC (Brooksdale) drew large crowds.  Young and old enjoyed hayrides, carol singing, a bonfire and Christmas crafts.  The revamped RiverTree Store was open, selling a variety of fairly-traded handicrafts from around the world and well as local pottery, jams and jewelry.  The Open House was another chance to celebrate our transition to Brooksdale and the opportunities for education, conservation and sustainable agriculture that this special property provides.
