We were thrilled to welcome David and Shauna Anderson and their three children, Aiden, Noah, and Thea to the Field Study Centre in Surrey, BC in early November.Together, David and Shauna will give leadership and oversight to the various education, conservation and agriculture programs which keep the Centre humming.Shauna, a lawyer by training, with a heart for those living on the margins of society, will give particular attention to linking A Rocha’s Community Shared Agriculture Project with mothers and children living in challenging financial situations.David, a biologist and most recently a pastor with a passion for young-adult education, is excited to further develop A Rocha’s internship program and connect with the local community.So, if you find yourself in the Surrey area please stop in and meet these fine folks.
