Manitoba Environmental Education Coordinator
Ellis joined the A Rocha MB team in 2025 as the Environmental Education Coordinator. They love creating spaces for learning that are inclusive and collaborative, where everyone is invited to be a teacher and a learner. In the last decade, they have spent summers in small-scale, regenerative agriculture, and winters in schools and churches. Ellis has a BA in theology and communications as well as a bachelor of education. In their time as a teacher and pastor, Ellis has found storytelling and laughter to be two of the best additions to spending time outdoors, and tries to bring all three together as often as possible.
