Summer Hike Series – Assiniboine Forest + Gelato (Winnipeg, MB)

Come explore the beauty and wonder located in Winnipeg’s Assiniboine Forest and enjoy some gelato at Folio Cafe with friends new and old!
The Assiniboine forest is one of the largest urban forests in Canada and is home to many creatures and plants. We will learn to identify some of these plants and animals as we walk.
Meet outside Folio Cafe at 7:00 pm, hike begins at 7:15. We’ll return to Folio cafe for gelato and iced drinks at 8:30 pm.
We will hike rain or shine, so dress for the weather! Bring $5 for gelato.
