Build Your Soil Workshop (Surrey, BC)

With presenter Rick Ketcheson
We will cover the production and preparation of biochar for addition to the soil, and the benefits it can bring. Bokashi composting  be will discussed: how to produce the bran for inoculation, and how the process works from fermenting through to producing soil.  We will see samples of bokashi bran, and have hands-on experience in generating ‘chocolate dynamite soil.’
