7 pm, May 23 – 5 pm, May 25
Your stay will include: A private room, all meals, two teaching sessions on contemplative prayer, morning, mid-day and evening prayers, access to A Rocha’s nature trails, gardens and heritage guesthouse.
Never been on a silent retreat? That’s okay. You can use the time however you like, whether that’s for times of prayer, reading, walking, journaling, sketching — the sky is limit (as long as it’s a quiet activity – no tubas please :)).
Your host: Leah Kostamo, a trained spiritual director and Registered Clincal Counsellor, will be on hand if you’re looking for ideas on how to use your time or would like to reflect on what you’re experiencing.
Cost: $325 (including Guest House stay) or $150 (off-site commuters)
