Invitation to learn more and partner with me
Thanks for taking an interest in what I do! Yes, I’m passionate about showcasing the beauty of God’s Creation, especially in the plants that we eat. There is so much value in creating experiences that expand our connection to God through the very ground, seeds and food He created. There is not only value in hospitality and mission, but of restoration – restoring our strained relationship as stewards of Creation.
This was my first personal newsletter introducing myself and describing the serendipitous journey of coming to work with A Rocha in 2011. It has been a journey of faith and commitment, and this latest letter now celebrates 5 years.
I would love your prayers for God to continue mobilizing his body to build welcoming community gardens, and for my role in supporting this Garden Network, being a resource so that groups are successful in serving their community members in urban sites across Canada. Successful community gardens show the world a taste of God’s abundant kingdom here on Earth. I love how I can’t do this alone, that God has put people like you around me to accomplish this goal together. Regular monthly giving towards my $1200/month goal helps give the Program stability.
