Restoration Saturday (Surrey, BC)

Join A Rocha’s Brooksdale conservation team for a morning of habitat restoration and enhancement.

Note: This event coincides with Volunteer Day, when we welcome volunteers for projects in other areas, such as the farm, grounds, and heritage buildings. Sign up below if you specifically want to join the restoration work!

Get your hands dirty planting native trees and shrubs, removing invasive vegetation (such as Himalayan blackberry or English ivy) and much more.

The team will meet at Brooksdale Environmental Centre (1620 192 St – Surrey, BC) and will travel to the restoration site from there. All ages welcome to participate! Please bring your own pair of gloves and water; tools and other equipment will be provided.
