There is a constant need to be making adjustments in all areas of our lives. How can we establish the right balance between work and life, between ourselves and others, and between our desires and our duties?

This seminar offers a practical approach to remaining centered in God, so that we can live in
proper relationship to all other things.

Rob Des Cotes is a spiritual director and retreat leader.
He is the author of three books of meditations for spiritual

a network of faith communities that encourages the practice of
prayer and a transforming relationship with God.
