Taste the Valley: A Wild Edibles Hike (Pembina Valley, MB)

Explore the flavours of the Pembina Valley during this day of foraging and tasting.
Most times our experiences of nature are through our eyes, possibly our noses or ears. However, this event will teach you to explore with your tongue!
The day will begin with a guided hike through the Pembina Valley to identify various edible plants. By lunch we will take some time to sample some of these edible plants. In the afternoon we will go foraging as a group to collect plants to take home.
Please bring a bagged lunch and shoes suited for walking.
