Project Description

At A Rocha Ontario, we are thrilled to facilitate opportunities to engage more people in creation care, especially through volunteer activities and events. We are so grateful for the support of volunteers over the years, and are happy to welcome more people to volunteer with our team in Southern Ontario.

Are you eager to get your hands dirty in the garden, to remove invasive species with our conservation team, or to offer your expertise and support to our environmental education programs? There are plenty of ways you can support our existing programs and projects. For example, as an environmental education volunteer, you can support our education team in leading students through various outdoor learning activities, including exploratory hikes, science experiments, and nature study. As a conservation volunteer, you can support our monitoring efforts, help prevent the spread of invasive species, and improve habitat for local wildlife.

Whether you have years of experience or are just starting out in your creation care journey, there’s a place for you at A Rocha Ontario. Complete our volunteer intake form (below) to let us know a bit more about you, and a member of our team will follow up to explore opportunities for volunteering with us soon.
