Being outside is a valuable exercise in building emotional and mental health. Studies show that a leisurely walk in the forest improves mood and cognition and decreases stress noticeably better than a walk in an urban area.

Giles Ringer will teach us about making the practice of being in nature a life-long habit. A student of Eco-therapy, Giles is an advocate for encouraging time in nature.
