March Art & Prayer Retreat

Enjoy the beauty and serenity of A Rocha’s BC Environmental Centre as you explore contemplative prayer through accessible art exercises. Your time will also include morning, mid-day and evening prayers, as well as access to A Rocha’s nature trails, gardens, prayer chapel and heritage guesthouse.

Your facilitator: Leah Kostamo, a trained spiritual director, retreat leader, and Registered Clinical Counsellor.
