It's the end of an abundant fall season and we are very grateful to our friends at @td_canada for making it possible for us to share fresh farm produce with vulnerable community members. Thank you, TD!

🔔 TOMORROW is #GivingTuesday 🔔

Help us set the table for newcomer families, refugees, and single mothers to share their food stories through participant-led cooking workshops for vulnerable families.

So many newcomers are incredible cooks and have a cornucopia of culinary knowledge to share. Our Farm to Families program will provide a workshop space, take care of ingredient shopping and educational materials, and invite those in need of food, care, and hospitality.

Make a difference this #GivingTuesday, and help us extend the table!

Find a big tree, get really quiet, and put a stethoscope to the bark - if you listen carefully, you may hear some rumblings of movement and crackling of the tree's vascular system (xylem and phloem transporting nutrients throughout the tree) - give it a try! 👂💓🩺
