DESCRIPTION:“In the morning\, while it was still very dark\, he [Jesus] got up and went out to a deserted place\, and there he prayed” – Mark 1:35\nSilence in the Seasons retreat aims to equip participants with the spiritual practices and rituals that will sustain us as we do the essential and ongoing work of caring for creation. Whether you have lots of environmental experience or are just tuning into the conversation\, this retreat is for you! \nAt Silence in the Seasons you will enter into a generous rhythm of contemplative prayer practices\, sharing\, and hiking in the forest. Become still and aware of God’s presence as we listen in the place of the boreal forest over the seasons. \nWhat to expect: \n\nFacilitation and guided material in sync with each season\nSpace to wonder in the boreal forest\nSilence & intro experiences in contemplative prayer practices\nSimple and nutritious snacks & meals\n\nArrive Friday between 6:30-7:30 pm – Opening circle at 8pm \nDepart Saturday 7pm \nCost: $75/person per retreat  \nPlease note that all rooms are shared.
