DESCRIPTION:Come care for creation at the A Rocha Ontario Centre!\n\n\n\n\nWear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes for working outdoors\, and bring a water bottle and work gloves if you have them. We’ll be removing invasive plants\, planting native species\, and restoring habitat to help biodiversity thrive. \nTools and equipment are provided. \nAn optional lunch will be provided following the volunteer activities. It will be a simple vegetarian meal (e.g. soup or salad\, depending on the season). We would love to have you stay for food and conversation! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAdults and families are welcome to participate. Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult.\n\n\n\nRegister below.

This event is RAIN OR SHINE\, so come prepared! \nWork Project \nMeet at the site map next to the A Rocha Farm Store upon arrival for instructions. Folks will be divided into work project groups for the morning. \nLunch (optional) – registration required \nThere is an optional lunch provided at 12:30pm – please sign-up using the ticket add-on. It will be a simple vegetarian meal (e.g. soup or salad\, depending on the season) with DF/GF options. \nTour (optional) \nJoin us for an optional site tour at 1pm\, and hear about our work. \nIf you are signing up as a group of 10+\, please contact british.columbia@arocha.ca to confirm with us first. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister here
